Nikolai’s Roof will host a Belgian artisanal spirits dinner on July 17th. The downtown Atlanta restaurant will offer a four-course dinner paired with cocktails featuring Distillerie de Biercée, small-batch spirits newly available in Georgia. Menu after the jump.
1st Course: Seared tuna, curry infused mussels, petite heirloom tomato, sea beans and soy
Paired with Peket Cocktail: Peket De Houyeu, Domaine de Canton, lime juice, kaffir lime simple syrup
2nd Course: Seared foie gras, pineapple gelee, pearl onion, crispy duck skin, sherry vinegar
Paired with Griotte Cocktail: Griotte cherry eau-de-vie, Buffalo Trace bourbon, caramelized pineapple puree, egg white
3rd Course: Veal crépinette, mustard demi glace, young frisée, charred tomato vinaigrette
Paired with Lemon Eau de Villée Cocktail: Jack Daniel’s Tennessee Honey, Eau de Villée, Patron Citronge, pickled mustard seeds
4th Course: Frozen dark chocolate parfait, preserved lemon anglaise, espresso soil, olive oil
Paired with Noir d’lvoire chocolate liqueur
