Update: As reported earlier, Terminus City will be the name of Chef Kevin Gillespie’s second restaurant. While the location has not been disclosed, Andreas Muller has been announced as chef de cuisine. Muller was one of the original culinary team members at Gunshow and has worked with Gillespie for years.
Terminus City has also announced a special tailgate for the Falcons’ home opener and will be offering a catering service while the location is being finalized.
“Andreas and I have talked extensively about creating a hybrid of some very successful Southern restaurant concepts: the meat and 3, family-style and barbecue,” said Gillespie via a press release from Melissa Libby & Associates. “We have pulled components from each of these to implement at Terminus City. We wanted to create an experience that showcases the passion we both have for the cuisine while also keeping true to the old fashioned preparations by using only the best farm fresh products.”
Terminus City’s tailgate will be held on September 7th, when the Falcons take on the New Orleans Saints. A limited number of parking passes will go on sale in August through Gunshow. The location will have direct access to the Marta line.
