High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction Goes Virtual

Open that bottle of wine you have been saving for a special occasion and enjoy the excitement of the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction from your own home! The museum has partnered with online bidding site OneCause to hold a virtual version of the auction from Monday, April 13 through Saturday, April 18.

Now in its 28th year, the major fundraiser for the High Museum of Art was cancelled due to concerns over COVID-19. More than 200 restaurants and wineries where scheduled to participate during the four days of events. The High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction is the largest charity wine auction benefiting the arts in the United States, and has raised more than $32 million for the museum and its programs.

At the online Wine Auction you’ll be able to bid on more than 100 items including chef’s table dinners, cases of special and rare wines, fine art and once-in-a-lifetime travel experiences. Check out the auction lots before bidding, as some may have changed from the original catalogue. You can also make a donation to the museum in an amount of your choosing.

If you were not able to attend the High Museum Atlanta Wine Auction as it was scheduled, now is your chance to participate!

The auction lots are available to preview now, and the auction goes live on Monday, April 13. To participate you will need to register on OneCause. Bidding ends on Saturday, April 18 at 8:20 pm (20:20).
